Paper Management

ROP currently have in place paper management systems and infrastructure that enables us to manage client owned stock on behalf of our customers.

We have the capacity to store in excess of 1,900 reels (approximately 1,520 tonne) on site with our existing tailored reel store facility. This facility has been specifically designed and built to ensure that all stock is kept in a clean and temperate environment at all times to maximise print quality. We are also in the process of acquiring an offsite storage facility.

ROP also have a central accounting / inventory system that enables us to manage and track paper stock by client and location. Once arrived or consumed, we will know at any given time accurate paper stock quantities for our clients.


 Customer Service

ROP provides all clients with a dedicated Production Services Manager with complete experience in Prepress; file management, colour reproduction and scanning, as well as broad exposure and experience in all facets of printing and binding.

ROP also guarantees access to the experience and knowledge of senior management at all times.

ROP continually develops its strength in our ability and willingness to work with clients to develop and evolve their chosen businesses. Our clients are testimony to this commitment.


 On-Time-Every-Time

ROP have a proven and impeccable delivery on-time record. We have never been later than 4 hours over the past 5 years with any of our contractual work.

Deliberate Excess Capacity Policy (DEC). We run our plant at less than full capacity at all times ensuring that time is always available for printing in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
